4. Within 2 business days after payment is received, we will send you the hotel's confirmed reservation with our authorisation letter. Please provide the name of guests and NRIC or passport number for inclusion in this letter. You must present both to the hotel reception upon check in. We will be staying in the hotel during the same period. So we can be contacted there if you encounter any issue.
5. Please note that refund is not possible once payment is made and our authorisation letter is issued.
